Join us for Bee Bum Honey’s first-ever Creamed Honey Workshop at the farm — a three-day, hands-on experience designed to walk you step-by-step through the art and science of creating smooth, perfectly textured creamed honey.
This immersive workshop will guide participants through the full process, from understanding honey crystallization to properly seeding, mixing, temperature control, and curing. You won’t just learn the theory, you’ll actively work through the steps and gain practical experience you can confidently apply at home or in your own operation.
Whether you’re a hobby beekeeper or looking to expand your product line, this workshop will give you the knowledge and tools to produce consistent, high-quality creamed honey.

Special Instructions – Creamed Honey Workshop
This workshop is restricted to participants ages 14 and older.
Tickets must be pre-purchased prior to the event. No walk-in registrations will be accepted.
This is a fully hands-on experience that involves active participation throughout the honey processing steps. Attendees must be physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving up to 60 pounds, as we will be handling and relocating five-gallon buckets of honey during the workshop.
